Well this week was tougher then i thought it would be. Having an idea in your head and then putting it down on paper reveals many areas that your mind does not think about. In my head its very simple thing to do but on parer it looks more complex. Add the fact that my mind is drifting to the up coming school year adds another element of uncertainty.
Well here is my first attempt on my plan. Insight will be welcomed and appreciated.

How might one use a Blog.
I think educators can use blogs to stay in touch with
parents about what is going on and how things are progressing in the classroom.
Also it can be used for parents whose time is very limited and they can check
on their phones
Action research and how you might use it.
What I have learned about action based research is that it is constantly
evolving as the process continues. As teachers it’s important for us to have an
end result when starting something new or introducing a new topic. We need to
have the ability to understand that things will not always happen the way that
we want to. We need to be able to think on our feet to correct the situation
right then and there, but also have time set apart to review how and why things
altered the original path. If we do this I feel everything will improve, as
result you are not teaching something that didn't have an impact.
This can also be used throughout the year on the students, since no two
students have the same need and wants. This way it gives you a
better understanding what works with each child, the education
is tailored in someway for each student.
I will be able to use this more effectively in my class now that
it is on my mind. I think the key to implementing this is putting that time to
the side to really reflect on it and being honest with ones self on how things
went. When we do this it would be a good time to model it for the students so
they can start thinking in this mind set. This way they are not always
wondering why did I get this grade. They will be able to be proactive instead
of reactive.
